Rosanna have a number of duties allocated this Saturday, so we thought we would try a new method to ask for parents to assist us filling these so it’s not a mad scramble at the time of the event, and so we can share out the duties evenly amongst all members.

I have listed the duties as session 1 and session 2 with the allocated times as per the timetable, but please note that the times are just a guide and it’s the events listed for those sessions that need to be covered.
Last week we finished the whole session by 10.30am so the sessions were much shorter!

We will be keeping a list of the volunteers to try and ask that all families offer their assistance as evenly as possible for the rest of the season.

With everyone helping it ensures that are athletes get the best experience possible.
