Welcome to week 1 of the 22/23 season!

Please read the attached program carefully for start times and for the duty roster on the last page. If you are not able to assist with your duty please contact Rosanna on information@rlac.com.au

Start times:
7.45am – U15-17 girls Javelin
8am – U14 girls Javelin
– U10-12 boys and girls walks
8.30 – all other u8-17 athletes
9am – u7 ontrackers
10am – u6 ontrackers

Please note that Rosanna are also on tent setup so if you are able to make it at 7.30am to assist with this it would be greatly appreciated.
